Welcome

The International Jujutsu Institute (IJJI) teaches traditional Japanese jujutsu including strikes, joint locks, throws and strangulations. The training we provide is structured to suit men, women and children.  All classes are mixed-gender.

The IJJI was founded in 1956 by recognised jujutsu Grand Master Kam Hock Hoe to preserve, foster and teach the system that he learnt in Japan. The IJJI has a presence in Australia, Norway and Malaysia, including clubs in Canberra, Queanbeyan, Newcastle, Grimstad and Oslo.
